  研究方向定位

  研究室立足于华南地区的药食同源类饮用植物的品质、营养与健康功效活性评价,广东茶文化的挖掘与宣传,饮茶与健康知识的科普等,以产业化应用为导向贯穿全产业链,以“基础前沿-关键技术-应用开发-产业应用”的全创新链,以高品质营养健康为核心的全产品线研究与开发,全面系统地为广东茶与非茶饮用植物产业提供科技服务和技术支撑。倡导并着力推进“五品”(品种/品质/品类/品位/品牌)支撑广东茶产业可持续健康发展理念,特别是致力于推进“零农残”广东生态茶园建设与广东特色茶品牌培育;提倡并大力宣传“五好”(好喝茶/茶喝好/喝好茶/茶好喝/喝茶好)的科学饮茶方式。

  业绩成果概述

  自2016年以来,研究室获得国家自然科学基金3项,广东省自然科学基金6项,广州市基础研究项目3项,省市科技计划300万元项目2项,100万元以上项目4项,各级科研项目合计120余项,经费累计3700余万元。获省市各级成果奖励15项(含广东省科技进步二等奖2项,神农中华农业科技奖三等奖1项,广东省农业技术推广奖一等奖1项、二等奖2项、三等奖1项),授权发明专利22件,软件著作权19项,发表研究论文120余篇(SCI论文80余篇,单篇最高影响因子15.4),主推技术4件,制定标准10项,研发了“英九毅瑭”降血糖茶、“一叶飘零”降尿酸茶、降脂茶、提神速溶茶、安神速溶茶、英九小青柑茶、敬师茶、关爱茶、茶爽、茶月饼等产品,培养硕士研究生20人,本科生42人。
