第六届植物代谢国际会议通知

  一、会议背景Conference Background

  第六届植物代谢国际会议(ICPM2026)将于 2026 年 11 月21至25日在中国深圳举行,大会主题为“植物代谢解码•合成生物智造”。

  会议是在2008年(云南昆明)、2011年(山东青岛)、2014年(福建厦门),2017年(辽宁大连),2024年(海南三亚)召开的五次植物代谢国际会议基础上,在我国召开的第六次植物代谢国际大型学术会议。参加会议的人数从第一届的200余人增加到第五届的近千人,会议越来越受到国内外同行的认可,并渐渐成为了鲜明特色的国际会议。

  本届大会立足植物代谢研究的传统优势,聚焦植物代谢从基础机制解析向合成设计、工程化改造和生物制造应用的拓展与升级。会议内容涵盖代谢组学与多维组学、酶的结构与进化、植物经典次生代谢、植物与生物/非生物环境互作相关代谢过程,以及植物代谢合成设计、代谢工程与代谢流重构、植物底盘与生物制造平台等前沿方向,并特别关注植物、微生物与人类健康相关的跨界代谢研究。

  依托深圳在合成生物学、生物制造和技术创新方面的独特优势,ICPM2026将为来自不同学科背景的研究人员提供高水平的国际交流平台,促进基础研究与应用转化的深度融合,推动植物代谢研究在农业改良、生物制造和健康领域的创新发展。

  The Sixth International Conference on Plant Metabolism (ICPM2026) will be held in Shenzhen, China, from November 21 to 25, 2026, under the theme “From Plant Metabolism to Synthetic Bio-Manufacturing”.

  This conference is the 6th international conference on plant metabolism to be held in China, following five previous events held in Kunming, Yunnan (2008), Qingdao, Shandong (2011), Xiamen, Fujian (2014), Dalian, Liaoning (2017), and Sanya, Hainan (2024). Attendance has grown steadily from over 200 participants at the first conference to nearly 1,000 at the fifth. Well-recognized by researchers worldwide, the conference has now become a prominent international academic event.

  Building upon the long-standing tradition of ICPM in advancing fundamental research in plant metabolism, ICPM2026 aims to highlight the transition from mechanistic understanding of metabolic pathways to their rational design, engineering, and application in synthetic biology and bio-manufacturing. The conference will cover a broad range of topics, including metabolomics and multi-omics integration, enzyme structure and evolution, classical plant secondary metabolism, metabolism in plant–environment interactions, as well as emerging areas such as synthetic design of plant metabolism, metabolic engineering, plant-based bio-manufacturing platforms, and cross-kingdom metabolism linking plants, microbes, and human health.

  By bringing together researchers from plant biology, synthetic biology, metabolic engineering, and related disciplines, ICPM2026 will provide an international platform for sharing cutting-edge discoveries, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and exploring how advances in plant metabolism can be translated into sustainable bio-manufacturing solutions and applications that benefit agriculture, health, and society.

  六、摘要/墙报 Submission Guidelines

  1.参会者可提交中文或英文摘要,摘要篇幅需控制在单页A4范围内;墙报统一规格为高120cm×宽90cm,由作者自行制作并携带至会场现场张贴。

  2.研究生墙报基金评选细则大会设立研究生专项“墙报基金”,用于表彰具备创新性研究成果的在读研究生。组委会将组建优秀墙报评审小组,从所有研究生墙报作品中择优评选。

  1、Abstract & Poster RequirementsAbstracts may be submitted in either Chinese or English and should be limited to one A4 page. Posters should be prepared by the authors in the size of 120 cm (height) × 90 cm (width) and brought to the conference venue for display.

  2、Student Poster AwardThe conference offers a Student Poster Award to recognize graduate students for their innovative research. An evaluation committee will select outstanding posters from all submissions by graduate students.
